Our maintenance team follows some essential safety measures to ensure a safe, smooth-running, and pleasant summer for everyone.

We inspect air conditioning units regularly to ensure they function correctly and replace air filters to maintain air quality. Thermostats are set at comfortable temperatures, and cooling is monitored in common areas and resident rooms.

In our community, we ensure V-Tack systems work properly by regularly pulling and cleaning them. Educating residents and staff on limiting their time outside in the summer heat and drinking plenty of water would benefit all Arrow communities.
