Because no two people are alike, the Wellness Team works with each resident to determine their goals and wishes. The holistic care approach is utilized, caring for the whole person, not just their physical needs. Each of an individual’s needs are considered equal in importance social, physical, emotional, and mental.

Our Wellness Team works together to care for the whole person. All aspects of the individual, including emotional, physical, mental, and social needs all play an essential role in one’s overall well-being. The Team’s focus includes all needs.

Care Planning

Residents that move to The Town & Country Senior Living have their own ambitions and goals they hope to achieve. For some it may be increasing their mobility, returning to socializing, or maintaining their current independence level. We are here, not only to support our residents and their families, but to provide ongoing encouragement, all while meeting their needs along the way.

Personal Choice

It’s always your choice to decide what you want and when you want it. Our Wellness Team works one-on-one with each resident to determine the best way to implement their individualized care plan. As a resident, you are in control. It’s your lifestyle.
